About the role
The role is responsible for managing the culinary department, ensuring high-quality food service across all departments.
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

- Manage inventory and procurement processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities

The Engineering team is responsible for maintaining the ship's systems and ensuring their reliability.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues quickly.
The Marine team focuses on the ship's operations at sea, including navigation and crew management.
- Plan and execute safe voyages according to the ship's operational plan.
- Manage the crew's day-to-day activities and ensure they are aligned with the ship's objectives.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain communication with shore-based authorities.
The Entertainment team is responsible for organizing cultural and recreational activities for guests and crew.
- Plan and execute themed events, concerts, and other entertainment programs.
- Work closely with external vendors to secure performances and special events.
- Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
