About the role

The role is responsible for managing the culinary department, ensuring high-quality food service across all departments.

  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu items based on guest feedback and trends.
  • Manage inventory and procurement processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include leading the hospitality team in creating welcoming environments for guests.

  • Train and motivate the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

The Engineering team is responsible for maintaining the ship's systems and ensuring their reliability.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues quickly.

The Marine team focuses on the ship's operations at sea, including navigation and crew management.

  • Plan and execute safe voyages according to the ship's operational plan.
  • Manage the crew's day-to-day activities and ensure they are aligned with the ship's objectives.
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain communication with shore-based authorities.

The Entertainment team is responsible for organizing cultural and recreational activities for guests and crew.

  • Plan and execute themed events, concerts, and other entertainment programs.
  • Work closely with external vendors to secure performances and special events.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in their field.

  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Schedule

Schedules are flexible and can vary based on the needs of the department and the individual's role.

  • Culinary Manager: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Hospitality Manager: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Engineering Manager: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Marine Manager: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
