About the role
The role involves working on board a cruise ship, contributing to various departments including culinary, hospitality, engineering, marine, and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service in all areas of the ship.
- Operate and maintain equipment in the engineering department to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the ship's marine systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Support the entertainment team in organizing and executing events and activities onboard.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid certification in the relevant field (e.g., chef certification, engineering license).
- Ability to work irregular hours and be flexible with schedules.
