Responsibilities

• Leverage quantitative skills to answer clients' business analytics and reporting questions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify their specific business information needs.
• Develop and execute plans for analyzing the necessary data to deliver solutions to clients.
• Evaluate and analyze data to provide actionable insights for clients.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients, focusing on business outcomes rather than technical methods.
• Gain immediate familiarity with client processes and build expertise in specific analytics areas.
• Be available for clients during regular working hours.

Requirements

• MBA with a bachelor's (or equivalent graduate degree) in a quantitative, analytical discipline.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant work experience, or 3-5 years of pre-MBA relevant work experience with strong analytic background.
• Aptitude for leading and managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative, innovative approach to problem-solving.
• A client-first mentality and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Passion for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SkillsAdvanced quantitative skills, including proficiency in statistical software and programming languages like R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
