Decision Analytics Consultant - Real World Evidence
About the role

As a Decision Analytics Consultant within the Insights & Analytic Group, you will work closely with clients to design and deliver solutions for various business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) analytics skills to answer questions related to retrospective evidence generation for pharmaceutical clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand evidence generation needs and identify the most relevant data sources and analytical methods.
- Execute structured analyses using patient-level data to generate insights for evidence planning, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) studies, and budget impact modeling.
- Present analytical results in a business-focused, actionable way for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gain familiarity with client processes, pharmaceutical products, and pipeline projects.
- Develop domain expertise in RWD, RWE, HEOR, and health economics, contributing to talent development and evidence delivery capabilities.
- Support both the selling and delivery of retrospective evidence generation projects as part of the analytics team.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent) in a quantitative, analytical, or health-related discipline such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Epidemiology, or HEOR.
- Strong proficiency in Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and advanced analytics with experience analyzing patient-level datasets.
- 6+ years of relevant full-time professional experience in RWD, RWE, HEOR, or related analytics roles.
- Experience with HEOR, budget impact modeling, and retrospective evidence generation is highly preferred.
- Industry experience with pharmaceutical clients and ability to work effectively with HEOR scientists.
- Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and a creative, innovative approach to generating insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective influence with senior stakeholders.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate across teams and projects.
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams.
