Responsibilities

• Leverage quantitative skills to address clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify specific business information needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to clients.
• Gain familiarity with client processes and build expertise in analytics areas.
• Be available during regular working hours and manage diverse teams effectively.

• Evaluate and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solution design.
• Create compelling stories and executive-ready deliverables for clients.

Requirements

• MBA with a quantitative, analytical background, or PhD in a related field with business application.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA or 3-5 years of pre-MBA relevant work experience.
• Experience in consulting, analytics, or strategy roles with exposure to retail, distribution, or supply chain industries.
• Strong analytic skills, including experience with advanced modeling techniques and tools like R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a client-first mentality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline (e.g., Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Passion for shaping how AI transforms consulting and client delivery.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution rigor.
• Self-starter mentality with a willingness to experiment and learn new tools.
