Responsibilities
- Deburring Operator will be responsible for the meticulous removal of burrs and sharp edges from small extrusions to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
- Verify Dimensional accuracy of ordered product
- This role requires a keen eye for detail, precision, and the ability to work with small components.
- Inspect and identify burrs and sharp edges on small extrusions
- Use deburring tools and equipment to remove imperfections and ensure smooth finishes
- Perform sorting when required.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Proficient communicator of the English language, both verbal and written
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid motor vehicle license
