Deburring Operator

Responsibilities

• Reviews SOPs, work instructions and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match; scans job into PROCIM
• Operates deburring machine, high-pressure rinse machine and hole check machine including starting and stopping
• Deburrs rigid-flex panels by hand using sand-paper and scotch-brite
• Loads and unloads panels into the deburring and high-pressure rinse machines
• Uses the hole check machine to inspect holes for deformities or non-conformances and to verify hole quality
• Loads and unloads panels into the oven
• Performs regular routine maintenance and cleaning on the high-pressure rinse, deburring and hole check machines
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
• Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions
• Must be able to work overtime as required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of related experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

Pay

$17 USD - $19 USD

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00pm), Overtime and Saturdays as required
