Dealership Sales Manager

About the role

Camping World seeks a Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving sales and motivating teams. The ideal candidate will lead a sales team in achieving high performance and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a high-performance sales team in all aspects of RV sales
• Develop innovative strategies to boost sales through various marketing and community engagement efforts
• Manage budgets effectively by implementing cost control measures and maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Identify key product features to enhance sales presentations and improve customer satisfaction
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to maintain high service standards
• Recruit, select, and train new sales staff for career advancement opportunities
• Demonstrate commitment to company initiatives, goals, and policies
• Generate ideas to exceed sales targets and share best practices with the team
• Strengthen relationships with customers, internal departments, and senior management

Requirements

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience is considered
• Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving revenue goals
• Extensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory control, security, and consumer behavior
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in customer data and inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license required

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
