Responsibilities
- General office tasks
- Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Bank deposits and schedule reconciliation
- Timely and accurate data entry and processing
- General record keeping and account balancing
Requirements
- 1-2 years of dealership experience
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds ERA Ignite DMS
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
- Data-driven, thorough, and organized
- Ability to multitask
