Coordinate and deliver high quality classroom-style, internet-based, and in-field training sessions for clients around the countryDevelop and deliver high quality training courses in a range of business-related subject matterWork closely with sales management, affiliate management and executive leadership to ensure training investments have the desired business impactAssess and improve current training programs with the teamAssess internal participant skill levels and competencies by conducting needs analyses, monitoring participant progress during training, implementing program changes, and tracking resultsConduct and speak at various industry events, OEM events, market training, major account events and local dealer group trainingCoach clients and prospects to increase sales effectiveness on site as well as via video and through the DealerADvantage programDevelop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, programs, and core skills as well as competitive knowledgeWork effectively with the Dealer Training Team as well as the Sales Training TeamOther duties assigned by manager Required Skills Excellent verbal and presentation skills: one on one as well as groupHigh proficiency in Internet functions and Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to travel up to 80% throughout the United States Required Experience BS/BA in Business or related field equivalent5+ years of automotive industry sales and management experienceTraining delivery experience a mustAdvertising experience is a plus Job Location Chicago, IL, US.
