What You'll Expect
As a Table Games Dealer in Training, you'll learn to operate casino table games such as blackjack and poker. You'll develop skills in handling chips and cards, calculating bets and payouts, and delivering an engaging guest experience in a professional and collaborative setting.

- Learn and practice various casino table games.
- Attend and actively participate in all training classes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Support your classmates and follow instructor guidance.
- Practice at home and keep up with the course requirements.
- Demonstrate readiness through active participation, engagement, and a positive attitude.

What We Require
- Gaming license required after successful training completion.
- Candidates must pass a math test, interview, and live audition.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a loud, high-energy environment.
- Exposure to secondhand smoke and weekend/night availability is expected.

This position is classified as temporary for the duration of the training period. Employment transition to regular positions is contingent upon successful completion of the training program and is not guaranteed. Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
