Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive dealer training program and learn casino table games.
- Develop knowledge of game rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Practice and demonstrate dealing techniques, chip handling, and game management skills.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest.
- Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the gaming tables.
- Maintain game integrity and follow all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Learn to accurately handle chips, cash transactions, and payouts.
- Work closely with experienced dealers, supervisors, and team members to build confidence and expertise.
- Successfully complete training requirements and evaluations to qualify for a Dealer position.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required.
