We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule headings only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Also remove application instructions (like "click here", "apply", "for more information on salary and benefits, click here:" etc). Also remove visa sponsorship note? That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a requirement; but it's about visa sponsorship not available. Might be considered substantive? It's a condition. Probably keep as part of Requirements? It says "Visa sponsorship is not available for this position." That's a requirement. Keep. Also "Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire." That's also a requirement. We need to extract sections: - About the role: The introductory paragraph(s) describing Ford, Ford Credit, role purpose. Could be: "We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters. The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to thousands of dealers and millions of customers in over one hundred countries around the world. In this position... Ford Credit is seeking to hire Commercial Loan Officers in our auto-lending department. Commercial Loan Officers at Ford Credit analyze, investigate, and decision loan applications for the contiguous United States." We can combine into About the role. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do..." bullet list. - Requirements: maybe includes education, experience, etc. Could be "You'll have..." list. - Qualifications: maybe includes "Bachelor of Business Administration or related business degree." Actually that's part of You'll have. Could treat as Requirements. - Skills: maybe includes "Proficient computer skills... Excellent verbal and written communication skills..." etc. - Benefits: list of benefits after "As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice..." includes immediate medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care, family building benefits, vehicle discount program, tuition assistance, employee resource groups, paid time off for community service, generous schedule of paid holidays, paid time off and option to purchase additional vacation time. - Pay: "This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300." - Schedule: "Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, which includes some evenings, holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays." Also "Work location… This is a hybrid in-office and at-home position. The standard schedule is four days a week working in our Colorado Springs, CO office and one day a week working from home. There are times where temporary adjustments will be made to the standard schedule and the standard schedule is subject to change." Also "Geographic qualification… Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office in Colorado Springs, CO." That could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions like "For more information on salary and benefits, click here: https://fordcareers.co/GSR". Remove that line. Also remove "No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:" maybe part of Benefits intro; we can keep the list. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

But we have overlapping with Skills. Perhaps separate Skills section for skills like computer, communication, sales, negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, etc. However the instructions: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one? But they ask to use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements (education, experience), Skills (specific skill sets), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Could also have Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Might be redundant. Let's decide: Use Requirements for education and basic qualifications; Skills for specific skill sets; Benefits; Pay; Schedule. We already listed many items under Requirements that include skills; maybe better to split: Requirements: education, geographic, work auth, visa, hybrid, travel. Skills: computer, communication, sales, negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, organization, etc. Let's extract: Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or related business degree. Basic understanding of consumer/commercial credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, caring for customers, relationship management. That could be under Requirements or Skills. I'd put under Requirements as foundational knowledge. Skills: Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office), Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong sales and negotiation skills, Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high level of organization and time management, Analytical and quick decision-making skills, Interpersonal skills (adapt communication style). Also maybe "Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously..." is a skill. We'll create:
