You’ll be: Assisting with processing sales orders in SAP in accordance with established policies and procedures, while communicating with dealers through various channels. Supporting field staff and dealers by coordinating with freight providers regarding delivery inquiries and logistics-related concerns. Reviewing open orders to identify items that may require updates or follow-up, and completing dealer order transfers for new dealer accounts. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or have equivalent work experience. Have knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel, and prior experience with SAP. Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or account management, which is preferred.
