Dealer Services Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Dealer Services Analyst to join a premier auto manufacturer in Alpharetta, GA. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with processing sales orders in SAP in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Communicating with dealers through various channels to support field staff and dealers.
• Cooking with freight providers regarding delivery inquiries and logistics-related concerns.
• Reviewing open orders to identify items that may require updates or follow-up.
• Completing dealer order transfers for new dealer accounts.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or have equivalent work experience.
• Have knowledge of MS Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
• Prioritize experience with SAP.
• Bring at least 3 years of experience in customer support or account management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA.

Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
