About the role
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Deal Desk Analyst-(Remote) Reporting to the Director, Pricing and Commercial Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Review customer quotations and proposals for compliance with company policies
- Partner with Lead Field Sales to structure deals that meet customer needs while achieving company profitability objectives
- Evaluate discount requests, exceptions, and non-standard pricing deviations
- Provide guidance on framework agreement structure and payment terms
- Support strategic and high-value opportunities throughout the approval process and executive reviews
- Manage deal approval workflows and ensure deals are reviewed within defined SLA period
- Review and drive adherence to official pricing policy, discount thresholds, and approval matrices
- Escalate exceptions and high-risk quotations to pricing and executive leadership
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for approvals and exceptions
- Serve as a liaison between Lead Field Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations
- Cookorate reviews and approvals of non-standard quotation terms and conditions
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve commercial issues quickly
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Estimating, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, or related functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting B2B sales
- Ability to interpret pricing policies, contracts, and commercial terms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Excel, quote approval systems, and CPQ
- MBA or advanced business degree preferred
