Deal Desk Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support the commercial deal cycle by reviewing structure, pricing, and terms to help identify risk early and keep transactions moving efficiently. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps teams to strengthen pricing discipline, manage exceptions, and improve the overall deal review process. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, comfortable working under time constraints, and interested in using AI-enabled tools to scale operational workflows. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $115,000 annually Responsibilities Proactively review inbound deals for structure, pricing, and terms to identify risks early. Partner with Sales during the deal cycle, providing real-time support and unblocking issues. Enforce pricing guardrails and discount frameworks while managing exceptions effectively. Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure proper review of non-standard terms. Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in the deal review process. Work with RevOps and Systems teams to integrate AI tools into the deal desk workflow. Maintain core metrics related to deal desk performance. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or related functions at a high-growth SaaS or tech company. Strong knowledge of deal structuring, pricing, and contract fundamentals. Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with quoting and CLM tools is a plus. Curiosity for applying AI tools in operational workflows. Excellent judgment and decision-making under time constraints. Strong cross-functional communication skills, particularly with Sales, Legal, and Finance. Process-oriented with a keen focus on documenting and scaling effective practices.
