Description and Responsibilities

Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead their daily implementation.
• Assist individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Implement activities that foster the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay and Schedule

The base rate is USD $17.50/Hr.
