About the role

The Relief position at Open Sky Community Services offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities designed to foster personal relationships and valued roles within the community.
• Ensure daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
• Provide direct support care to enhance the well-being of those we serve.
• Assist individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Hourly rate with potential for additional differential based on skills, location, training, and population served.
