Description and Responsibilities

Relief Counselors play a significant role in enhancing the well-being of individuals with developmental and intellectual challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Aid in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities that foster personal growth and social connections.
• Ensure daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring environment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
