Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities that foster the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
• Provide direct support care to individuals in residential programs.
• Avoid and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and support the mission of Open Sky.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Hourly rates vary based on skills, location, training, and population served. Additional hourly differentials may apply for certain programs.

Schedule

Relief Counselors work flexible hours to accommodate the schedules of individuals they serve, typically ranging from evenings to weekends.
