About the role

Join Open Sky Community Services as a Relief Counselor. We support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges through safe, nurturing homes and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Aid in ensuring daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring environment.
• Assist individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay and Schedule

The Relief Counselor position offers an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and population served. Contact your recruiter for details.

Schedule

Relief Counselors work flexible schedules to accommodate the needs of the individuals they support, often working part-time or full-time depending on the needs of the community and the individual's schedule.
