About the role

The Relief position at Open Sky Community Services offers an opportunity to gain experience and make a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities that foster personal relationships and valued roles in the community.
• Ensure daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
• Provide direct support care to enhance the well-being of those we serve.
• Complete all required documentation as part of the daily implementation of plans.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn new opportunities.

Relief Counselors can work flexible schedules to accommodate personal, work, or school commitments. Shifts may vary depending on the needs of the residents and the organization.
