Description And Responsibilities
Relief Counselors play a significant role in enhancing the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
- Aid in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and leading their daily implementation.
- Assist individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
- Instruct and facilitate activities designed to foster the development of valued roles and personal relationships within the community.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
- A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay And Benefits
- Base Rate: USD $17.50/Hr.
- Generous paid time off plan starting at 29 days in your first year, increasing to 32 days in your second year, and up to 43 days (over 8 weeks) in total.
