Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops
• Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments
• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases off the conveyor and associate them with designated load labels
• Ensure all pallets are stacked securely and cubed to max capacity to maximize shipping efficiency
• Responsible for closing load, securing load with wrap, and pulling from the line when the pallet is complete
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
• Able to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
