DC Unloader

Responsibilities

• An unloader is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate unloading of inbound trailers using RC forklifts or other warehouse equipment, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.
• Apply a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
• Responsible for unloading all product off inbound trucks and moving to designated location.
• Maintain continuity and flow of the receiving dock.
• Show good organizational skills due to documentation needs.
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
• Need to follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• May be required to cross train and perform other duties.

Qualifications

• PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior warehouse / manufacturing experience. Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Prior forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Possess Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to operate aligned with the People Promise, which includes having a positive and passionate attitude for and commitment to Rural King initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to meticulously review and analyze information, identifying errors or inconsistencies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully adapt to new environments, responsibilities, and tasks.
