Responsibilities

As a loader, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading and transporting of products onto our outbound trailers. You will make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
• Load outbound trailers accurately and safely using RF scan guns
• Unload pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers via powered industrial equipment for other distribution centers and allocate freight to the proper location
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
