DC Loader S2

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
• Assist with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
• Participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
• Load outbound trailers accurately and safely
• Use RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology
• Unload pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers using powered industrial equipment
• Allocate freight to the proper location
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
