Responsibilities

• Safely, efficiently, and accurately unload inbound trailers using RC forklifts or other warehouse equipment
• Maintain continuity and flow of the receiving dock
• Organize and document unloaded product, moving it to designated locations
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars
• Cross-train and perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive and passionate attitude aligned with Rural King’s People Promise
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Proven track record of producing error-free work and meeting quality standards
• Adaptability to new environments, responsibilities, and tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds at times
• Ability to access and navigate all facilities
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices)
• Ability to see at close and far distances
• Ability to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively
