Day Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develops your team through ongoing coaching, feedback, and support

• Designs and guides meaningful, person-centered programs that help individuals build skills, connect in their community, and achieve their goals
• Bridges structure and organization to a fast-paced environment while leading with a positive approach
• Addresses challenges directly from staff performance to operational issues with confidence and professionalism

Requirements

• Required Physical Effort: Must be able to sit, stand and walk at an assigned location(s) and work for extended periods of time; bend/stoop, kneel and balance frequently; climb, reach above shoulder level; push/pull, squat and crouch occasionally; with assistance, lift, carry and position individuals of various weight. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to drive multi-passenger vehicles for extended periods throughout the day.

Pay

$60,000 - $65,000 annually
