Essential Functions
- Respond to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, courteous and empathetic manner representing OCPS in a positive light.
- Aid schools with the maintenance of automated student attendance records for FTE reporting.
- Aid schools with the maintenance of accurate records as related to District budget for staffing purposes based on the master schedule.
- Aid schools with the preparation and verification of FTE membership/FISH reports.
- Serve as a FTE data contact person for the learning community.
- Aid schools with the entry of master schedule data in emergency situations.
- Aid schools with the maintenance of student demographic and support data (ESE, ELL, Title I, etc).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director - State Reporting.
- Aid schools with input of student information into software systems to compile student records in emergency situations.
- Aid schools with maintenance and updating of health and immunization records in emergency situations.
- Aid schools with the preparation of FTE reports and all survey data.
- Conduct training sessions for schools in the area of FTE reporting and survey processing.
- Aid schools with preparing and maintaining documentation required for FTE audits in emergency situations.
- Operate a computer to enter, retrieve, review, or modify data; utilize word processing, database, and software programs.

Physical Abilities
- Exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds).
- Extended periods of time at a keyboard or work station.
Environmental Factors
- Tasks are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, animals/wildlife, toxic/poisonous agents, violence, disease, or pathogenic substances.
