State Reporting Systems Specialist

The State Reporting Systems Specialist supports the organization’s daily, system‑driven reporting processes by ensuring accurate and compliant data flow between the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and state reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data submission workflows
• Identify and resolve data issues that prevent successful reporting
• Ensure required information is captured and transmitted according to contractual and regulatory standards
• Provide day‑to‑day operational communication to the Team Director, including status updates, system issues, and workflow impacts
• Support higher‑level analysis and decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• Three (3) years of experience
• Experience in Human Services or a business‑related field
