Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and update listings in real-time.
- Communicate with candidates through various channels including email and phone.
- Maintain and enhance the NEOGOV platform to ensure optimal functionality.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to job applications and candidate communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web development tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with job board management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of HR best practices and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Skills
- HTML/CSS for website development.
