Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a range of reports and dashboards using Workday tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
- Manage and optimize the catalog of standard and custom reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules and maintain security settings for reporting access.
- Conduct thorough testing of reports to ensure data integrity and resolve reporting issues.
- Provide training and documentation on reporting tools and offer ongoing support to users.
- Auxiliary with audit and compliance reporting needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Reporting tools and HRIS functions.
- Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical and functional issues.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred: Workday Reporting certification.
