The Team
The WI Data Management / Data Exchange Implementation vision is to deliver the outstanding customer experience for all plan and participant data processing while enabling Fidelity to deliver better outcomes through proactive management of client data issues. As part of the team, we are passionate about client level initiatives that improve the overall health of the client's data at Fidelity. We do this by offering our Fidelity DC clients a more automated data entry solution compared to the manual alternative of loading their payroll data via PSW or spreadsheet uploads.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
