Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into company databases and computer systems.
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Preparing and organizing source documents for data entry.
  • Generating reports, retrieving data, and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality.
  • Assisting with other administrative and data-related tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of the importance of data confidentiality.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification is considered an asset.
