Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into company databases and computer systems.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Preparing and organizing source documents for data entry.
- Generating reports, retrieving data, and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality.
- Assisting with other administrative and data-related tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of the importance of data confidentiality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification is considered an asset.
