Data Entry/Donor Database Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the optimization of the donor management software.
• Supervises accurate tracking, batching, and recording of financial donations and tax receipts.
• Buils custom lists, tracks donor retention, and creates dashboards to analyze information.
• Daily Entry of gifts into the database

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Donor Perfect Database.
• Data Proficiency: Strong skill in writing queries, and exporting data.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a clear understanding of fundraising ethics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: requires 1-2 years of experience working with Donor Perfect.
• Alignment with OLP’s faith-based mission and values

Onsite Details

This role is onsite daily and 80 hours per two-week pay period. The position reports to the Director of Development. The salary range is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
