About the role
The Donor Database Specialist serves as the primary steward of The Raiser's Edge database and related fundraising systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing database operations, and providing actionable information to the Fundraising Manager of Analytics and Insight and the Director of Donor Relations that supports organizational decision-making.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred
- Two (2) years administrative support experience required managing and maintaining databases
- Prior experience generating and interpreting reports for business decision-making preferred
- Relevant prior experience with fundraising database software required; prior experience with The Raiser’s Edge/NXT database management preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; working knowledge of Google applications preferred
