Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong working knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT
• Detail-oriented and capable of recording data with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Ability to work on deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SharePoint; Outlook
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a desire to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Comfortable working with people and as part of a team
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Knowledge of Omatic ImportOMatic tool

Education

• Associate's [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
• Field Of Study Bachelor's in business, fundraising, information technology or related field

Work Experience

• 2+ years experience working in a non-profit setting [Required]
• 6+ years experience working within an area related to specific job duties [Preferred]

Additional Information

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Associates degree and 2+ years of experience OR High School Grad or Equiv and 4+ years of experience.
• Licenses And Certifications Blackbaud Certified in Raiser's Edge - Professional (bCRE-Pro) [Preferred]
• Knowledge of Omatic tools [Preferred]

Pay Range

$49,718.59 - $92,468.74
