Donor Database Specialist
What We Seek
The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for the accurate recording and processing of a high volume of donor transactions and for analyzing information and documentation from various sources to update entities. The Specialist will maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of database records to support the Development Team in achieving its annual fundraising goals.
What We Require
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and problem solving
- Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
- Organizing and managing projects
- Prioritizing and facing the challenges of frequently changing needs
- Adept in customer service and able to work as a lead in a team environment, including establishing and documenting procedures
- Solid computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and database software programs
- Candidate must have at least a high school diploma and one year of directly related experience
Minimum Education and Experience Required
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution, which may be substituted for experience
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $39,700 - $47,000. This range is an estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, consideration of any approved geographic salary differential, and alignment with internal equity guidelines to ensure consistency across similar roles.
