The Data Entry Assistant focuses on organized remote administrative execution, accurate records, scheduling, document preparation, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote administrative support through scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, shared files, calendars, and task trackers using approved systems.
• Coordinate routine communications and ensure requests are routed and completed on time.
• Prepare clear documents, spreadsheets, summaries, and status updates for assigned work.
• Support process consistency by following documented procedures and maintaining organized records.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.

Pay

Base compensation: $39,000–$57,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
