The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. This position assists Servers in providing an enjoyable dining experience to guests while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Job Requirements
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Outgoing personality and a can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English
- Additional language skills for career growth
