About the role

The Sr. People Experience Partner (PXP) role is designed for an experienced HR professional who will leverage their business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to support business and HR priorities. This role involves working closely with business leadership and centers of excellence to enhance the employee experience and facilitate talent growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring local policies align with the global strategy.
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports, providing escalation guidance and career development.
  • Support complex, multi-x accounts as the primary HR partner, directing on-account strategy and execution of HR processes and tasks.
  • Proactively identify and address vertical- and country-wide opportunities or issues, developing innovative solutions to sustainably resolve them.
  • Enable an exceptional employee experience during critical moments such as onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and more.
  • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects that impact business results.
  • Manage various types of employee relations situations and performance management in collaboration with JLL’s Employee Relations and Performance Coach teams.
  • Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
  • Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with both employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary point of contact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Human Resources experience of 7+ years, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
  • Data Centers industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
  • Skilled team player who can communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Transition, expansion, and/or decommission experience preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen preferred.
  • Past people manager experience preferred.
