Data Center Site Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and direct work assignments.
• Evaluate and verify employee performance.
• Maintain monitoring of assigned data center cleaning operations.
• Ensure staff training completion, use of technical skills, maintain safety, and meet partner expectations.
• Organize and lead assigned job SOW and procedures.
• Manage job resources to ensure effective team performance.
• Identify and address technical, procedural, and equipment issues hindering cleaning performance.
• Ensure jobsite supply inventory is satisfactory.
• Represent the company in customer interactions.
• Ensure accurate time keeping and labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Read and interpret documents.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in data centers, facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality or related fields preferred.
• One to three years supervising the work of others required.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, lift/climb, talk/hear, reach with hands or arms.
• Close vision (ability to observe an area up to 20 inches).
• Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area up to 180 degrees).

Work Environment

• Near moving mechanical parts.
• Fumes or airborne particles.
• Extreme heat (non-weather).
• Risk of electrical shock.
• Outdoor weather conditions.
