Data Center Security Manager, DC Security

About the role

As a Data Center Security Manager (DSM), you will help manage and improve site security operations in our data centers, ensuring consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations, including developing post orders and defining security procedures.
• Handle site incidents and work with security equipment.
• Participate in construction projects and drive day-to-day process improvement activities.
• Manage vendors and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Participate in recurring site audits, reviews, and testing of new security technologies.
• Demonstrate resilient leadership skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain exceptional knowledge of security practices and strong written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Experience acting as a Program Security Officer, Security Specialist, or Security Manager, including interpreting and implementing requirements within personnel, industrial, and physical security disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems (e.g., LENEL or C-cure).

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving campaigns to reduce nuisance alarms.
• 3+ years of experience working with workflow ticketing and extraction of performance metrics.
• 3+ years of experience with excellent verbal and written communications skills in a professional work setting.
• 4+ years of overseeing security sub-contractors that provide guards, electronic security systems, door construction, door repair, fencing, and access controls.
• 4+ years of experience creating and implementing emergency planning programs and physical security countermeasures.

Pay

USA, LA, Benton - $72,100.00 - $126,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
