Responsibilities

• Manage physical security operations
• Develop post orders and define security procedures
• Handle site incidents and work with security equipment
• Participate in construction projects
• Drive day-to-day process improvement activities and manage vendors
• Ensure consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures
• Participate in re-occurring site audits and reviews
• Test new security technologies
• Demonstrate resilient leadership skills, flexibility to work in dynamic environment, exceptional knowledge of security practices, and strong written and verbal communication

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with access control and CCTV systems
• 2+ years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors experience
• 2+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment, or 5+ years of relevant discipline work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of law enforcement, or 4+ years of security-related professional experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• 2+ years of law enforcement or security-related, or 2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement experience

Pay

USA, IN, Wheatfield - 28.89 - 50.52 USD hourly. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
