About the role
The Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team is a project management and execution team that manages construction activity within the operational data center spaces. The CPI team is tasked with critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimize utilization of space, power, and cooling within operation data centers around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement as well as act on data provided from other teams and organizations
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges
- Oversee and review all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural
- Work within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
- Prioritize activities to support data center capacity availability and safety
- Work on projects locally and globally
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction or project management experience
- 5+ years experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in an operational space
- 5+ years in on-site construction trades (mechanical, electrical, general) Vendor Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA
Skills
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges
- Experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in an operational space
- Experience in on-site construction trades (mechanical, electrical, general) Vendor Management

Pay
Base salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $214,000.00 USD annually.
