About the role
The Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team is a project management and execution team that manages construction activity within the operational data center spaces. The CPI team is tasked with critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimize utilization of space, power, and cooling within operational data centers around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement as well as act on data provided from other teams and organizations
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges
- Oversee and review all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural
- Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
- Manage projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in an operational space
- Work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
- Understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, incorporate feedback, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction or project management experience
- 5+ years experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in an operational space
- 5+ years in on-site construction trades (mechanical, electrical, general) Vendor Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus
- 5+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 5+ years of data center engineering experience

Base salary range: $111,300.00 - $186,100.00 USD annually
