Role Overview
Develop and expand OEM relationships within the data center infrastructure ecosystem.
Drive new business with hyperscalers, integrators, and critical infrastructure providers.
Structure long-term manufacturing agreements and production programs.
Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leaders.
Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Align customer requirements with engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
Support strategic growth and vertical expansion initiatives.
Ideal Background
- 10–20+ years of sales or strategic account leadership experience
- Direct experience selling into data center infrastructure required
- Existing relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers strongly preferred
- Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical assemblies preferred
- Proven success securing large-scale OEM production programs
- Strong executive presence and ability to operate at senior customer levels
Pay
$70,000–130,000
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive
Uncapped commission tied to OEM revenue growth
