About the role
The new Atlanta office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior associate to join the Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities.
- Experience in a large law firm is preferred.
- Candidates must be an active member of the Georgia bar.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 full years and up to 6 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions.
- Candidates must be an active member of the Georgia bar.
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials.
- Extensive drafting experience on large, syndicated financing facilities.
- Experience managing junior associates and paralegals.
- Excellent oral and writing skills.
- Superior organizational skills.

Pay
$235,000 - $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
