Dairy Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily Dairy Department operations
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and product replenishment activities
• Ensure proper product rotation and department cleanliness
• Monitor out-of-stock conditions and promote promotional and seasonal merchandising programs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop Dairy associates
• Support associate development and performance management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations
• Support achievement of department sales, labor, shrink, and profitability goals
• Monitor department performance and assist with managing inventory levels and controlling expenses

Inventory Management & Product Quality

• Maintain accuracy in inventory and receiving practices
• Remove unsellable merchandise promptly
• Support department initiatives to improve product availability and operational efficiency
• Ensure all dairy products meet company freshness, quality, and presentation standards

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain proper temperature controls and storage procedures for all dairy products
• Ensure associates adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Complete required operational and food safety documentation accurately
